Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Upon receipt of payment (bank transfer) or upon placement of an order by invoice, goods are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the order quantity, we ship via DHL, UPS or freight forwarding. Delivery within Europe typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Germany:
- Orders over €100: Free shipping
- Orders under €100: Flat rate €5.99
Austria, Spain, Netherlands:
- Orders over €150: Free shipping
- Orders under €150: Flat rate €5.99
All shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
